Soloms Court’s inaugural release is now available in strictly limited quantities by the case. Named after the daughter of the house, Elise 2025 is an elegant and finely poised expression of English Pinot Noir Rosé.
Grown in the Surrey Hills from our estate Pinot Noir vines, this still rosé is defined by its purity, precision, and remarkable length. Delicate notes of wild raspberry, cranberry, strawberry and cream unfold across the palate, balanced by vibrant freshness and a refined mineral structure that carries through to a long, graceful finish.
Produced in extremely limited volume from our first harvest, Elise 2025 reflects both the character of the vintage and the careful stewardship of our vineyard.
Our wine is offered exclusively in cases of six bottles, equivalent to £30 + VAT per bottle.
